Dinner shouldn't require a spreadsheet.

Kitchen cooking lifestyle photo

The Macro Table started from a simple frustration: most "high-protein" recipes online are either bodybuilding fuel (plain chicken, rice, broccoli, repeat) or so buried in macro-tracking jargon that cooking dinner starts to feel like homework.

We wanted something in between — recipes for people who care about getting enough protein because it makes them feel better, but who also want dinner to taste like dinner. No supplements, no scales, no spreadsheets. Just real food, real flavor, and a protein count you don't have to think too hard about.

Every recipe on The Macro Table is built around two constraints: it needs 20–40g of protein per serving, and it needs to be on the table in 30 minutes or less. That's it. That's the whole philosophy.
